Role Description This is a full time, on-site Cosmetic Chemist role based at Glexon Healthcare’s facility in Ahmedabad. The Cosmetic Chemist will develop and optimize formulations for skin care, hair care, personal care, baby care, and oral care products, ensuring stability, safety, and performance. Daily responsibilities include conducting laboratory experiments, selecting raw materials,



performing compatibility and stability tests, and documenting results according to internal and regulatory standards. The role involves collaborating with production, quality assurance, and branding teams to scale formulas from lab to manufacturing, resolve technical issues, and support private label and third-party clients with product customization. The Cosmetic Chemist will also stay current with cosmetic science trends, regulatory requirements, and new ingredients to continuously improve the product portfolio.

Qualifications
Solid foundation in cosmetic science and formulation, including experience developing skin care, hair care, personal care, baby care, or oral care products.
Proficiency in laboratory techniques such as weighing, mixing, emulsification, pH adjustment, viscosity measurement, and stability testing.
