Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior PHP Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in object-oriented design, database-centric development, performance optimisation, and scalable architecture. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining high-performance applications, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable PHP applications aligned with internal coding standards.
- Implement modular, reusable, and maintainable code using strong OOP principles.
- Develop and optimise server-side logic, stored procedures, triggers, and database operations.
- Design and optimise SQL Server queries, indexes, and database structures.
- Analyse and fix performance bottlenecks (UI, DB, API).
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and architecture guidelines.




- Collaborate with QA teams and participate in code reviews.
- Take ownership from requirement analysis to production support.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong expertise in Core PHP (5+ years).
- Deep understanding of OOP concepts.
- Advanced SQL Server knowledge (query optimisation, stored procedures, triggers).
- Experience with large-scale or data-heavy applications.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of API integration and server-side deployment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Git-based workflows.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience in performance optimisation.
