You'll own distributor relationships and surgeon engagement across your territory, turning OT-floor visibility into consistent case volume and market share growth. You'll sit close to the product and close to the decisions that shape where we grow. What you'll do Market & Surgeon Engagement Build and maintain direct relationships with orthopedic surgeons across trauma, spine, and joint replacement practices in your territory Identify new hospitals, surgeons, and case opportunities to expand Nebula's implant footprint Attend surgeries as needed to provide on-the-spot product knowledge and implant handling support to OT staff and surgeons Distributor & Channel Management Manage day-to-day relationships with distributors — order flow, stock availability, and
