We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Generalist to manage and support the complete employee lifecycle, including HR operations, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, engagement, and coordination with business leaders.
The ideal candidate should be mature, dependable, highly organised, and capable of independently handling day-to-day HR matters while working closely with employees and managers across functions.

Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to exit.
Ensure timely completion of joining formalities, documentation, HRIS updates, transfers, confirmations, promotions, and exits.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for employee-related inputs and changes.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, advantages, attendance, leave, payroll, and other HR matters.
2. Employee Relations
Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.




Address employee grievances, workplace concerns, disciplinary matters, and interpersonal issues in a professional and confidential manner.
Support investigations and documentation related to employee misconduct, policy violations, and workplace concerns.
Maintain appropriate documentation for employee relations cases.

3. Performance Management
Coordinate the performance appraisal and review process.
Support managers in goal setting, performance reviews, PIPs, confirmations, and performance-related documentation.
Track completion of performance management activities and ensure adherence to timelines.
4. HR Policies & Compliance
Support implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain HR compliance records and documentation.
Assist in audits, inspections, and preparation of HR reports and documentation.
