We are seeking a senior, entrepreneurial Practice Head to lead and accelerate the growth of the ENUC Business Process Services practice. The role will own revenue growth, market development, solutioning, presales, transformation and practice capability across Energy, Natural Resources, Utilities, Construction and adjacent sectors.

The leader will combine deep industry knowledge with BPS/BPO expertise to originate, shape and win complex managed services and transformation engagements. The role will mobilise cross-functional capabilities across Consulting, Operations, Digital, Data, AI and partner ecosystems to deliver measurable client outcomes through process transformation, GenAI, Agentic AI and intelligent automation.

Relevant Experience: 12+ years in BPO presales preferably Energy, Natural Resources, Utilities, Construction.

Note: Candidates having experience from BPS/BPM presales and solutions will be qualified for this role.
