WHO WE ARE

PanScience Innovations is India's largest deep-tech and AI venture studio. Rather than investing in companies from the outside, we co-found them: we originate the idea, embed a team from day one, and build out the product, technology, go-to market, operations, finance, and legal functions alongside each venture's core team. We've co-founded 24+ ventures across healthcare, finance, judiciary, media, and industrial AI, and our role is to take deep science that would otherwise stay in a lab and turn it into a company that can stand on its own.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You'll be embedded in one venture's commercial effort at a time, working closely with that venture's product and engineering team as well as PanScience's central GTM and sales operations functions. Because the venture's go-to-market motion is still being proven out, you won't be handed a mature playbook; you'll be building and refining it as you go,



with the studio's shared resources to draw on when you need them.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build and run your own pipeline from the ground up; this isn't a warm-leads-only seat.
Run the full sales cycle, including discovery, demos, negotiation, and close, on deals with real enterprise complexity
such as multiple stakeholders, procurement, and security review.
Get in front of economic buyers directly, not just the champions who first bring you in.
Bring what you hear in the field back to the product and pricing conversations, so the venture's offer keeps improving based on real deal experience.
Own your number, and take part in shaping how the number for the next quarter gets set.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

4+ years closing Enterprise SaaS deals, with a track record you can point to and speak through in detail.
Comfort selling something that's still evolving, where the pitch and the product both change as you learn more.
