Job Summary

We are looking for an Inside Sales / Lead Management Executive to handle customer enquiries, online leads, follow-ups, and coordination with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and understand their requirements and product enquiries.
Manage enquiries received through IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, website, and other online platforms.
Record and share relevant leads with the concerned sales team.
Follow up with the sales team on lead status and customer requirements.
Maintain basic records of enquiries, follow-ups, and lead status.
Update product and brand information on online platforms when required.
Attend to walk-in customers and coordinate their requirements with the concerned team.




Prepare basic daily/weekly updates and monthly enquiry reports.
Support the sales team in ensuring proper follow-up on incoming enquiries.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, Lead Management, or a similar role.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Experience with IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
