Core Responsibilities
Project Planning: Create end-to-end timelines blending base building construction with interior retail fit-outs.
NSO Coordination: Align store layouts, visual merchandising setups, IT/POS installations, and stock delivery with target opening dates.
Budget Management: Track construction costs, vendor bidding, and change orders to prevent budget overruns across multiple retail sites.
Vendor & Contractor Oversight: Hire and manage general contractors, specialized retail subcontractors, and equipment suppliers.
Compliance & Permits: Secure local building permits, sign-offs,
and health and safety inspections specific to commercial retail spaces.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or architecture.
Experience: 5 to 10 years managing commercial or retail construction projects.
Retail Acumen: Deep familiarity with quick-track NSO rollouts, landlord-tenant guidelines, and retail design execution.
Soft Skills: Robust negotiation, multi-site time management, and cross-functional communication with marketing, operations, and field crews
