JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced General HR Manager to manage overall HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR policies.

Role & Responsibilities
Manage overall HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Handle attendance, payroll coordination, leave, and HR documentation.
Manage HR policies, performance management, grievances, and employee engagement.
Ensure statutory compliance and maintain HR records/MIS.
Handle employee lifecycle, exit formalities, and Full & Final Settlement.

• Lead and support the HR team.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
58 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Manager role.
Robust knowledge of HR operations, payroll, compliance, and labour laws.
Valuable communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Service Industry/industrial experience preferred.
