Job Title: Inbound Sales Executive

Location: Guwahati, Assam

Salary: Up to ₹16,000 CTC (Based on experience and interview performance)

We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Inbound Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls and coordinating with government-registered vendors, providing product information, resolving queries, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from government-registered vendors professionally.
Explain company products and services effectively.
Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing vendors.
Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/ERP system.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support and order processing.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of experience in inbound sales, customer service, telesales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
