Benda Infotech is a agile and growing company focused on delivering cutting-edge tech solutions. We're seeking a driven and experienced HR Manager to join our team and help us build a strong, motivated, and compliant workforce across our US and India operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle HR operations including hiring, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
Partner with the Training & Development team to enhance current training programs and support continuous learning.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure all external-facing content aligns with company branding and HR compliance standards.
Develop, update, and enforce employee policies to foster a productive and legally compliant workplace.
Ensure completion of all necessary documentation and compliance for US and India operations (e.g., contracts, work authorization, benefits).
Support daily operational needs across all departments to maintain organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Handle employee relations and be a point of contact for HR-related queries.
Manage HRIS and ensure accurate employee data.
Requirements
Major understanding of HR operations (even if through academic background, internships, or training)
1–3 years of experience in HR or related roles — quick learners and freshers are welcome to apply!
Familiarity with HR practices in India and US is a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced workplace
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
