Key Responsibilities

- Experience in network engineering and data analysis, with strong exposure to Cisco Meraki environments
- Hands-on experience with:
- Meraki Dashboard configuration (Switching, Wireless, Security & SD-WAN)
- Network monitoring and telemetry tools (SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog)
- Strong understanding of:
- TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP basics)
- Network performance tuning and troubleshooting methodologies
- Experience with automation and scripting (Python preferred) for data extraction and reporting
- Exposure to REST APIs and Meraki APIs for automation and integration
- Ability to analyze large volumes of network data and derive actionable insights




- Familiarity with ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management experience in network engineering and data analysis, with robust exposure to Cisco Meraki environments
- Hands-on experience with:
- Meraki Dashboard configuration (Switching, Wireless, Security & SD-WAN)
- Network monitoring and telemetry tools (SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog)
- Strong understanding of:
