We are looking for a well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to provide an excellent guest experience at our hospitality property.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
Assist guests with enquiries, reservations, and basic requests.
Ensure guests have a smooth and pleasant experience.
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and inform the concerned team when required.
Coordinate with F&B;, Front Office, and other departments.
Maintain guest records and follow up on special requests.
Ensure proper grooming and skilled appearance at all times.
Support daily operations and maintain high customer service standards.
Requirements:
Experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or guest relations is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude can also apply.
Good English and communication skills.
Pleasant personality and qualified grooming.
Customer-service oriented and able to handle guests confidently.
Willingness to work in shifts.
