Job Summary:
Responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, compliance, and employee development to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and selection process.
Handle onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll, and perks.
Conduct performance appraisals and KPI reviews.
Organize training and employee development programs.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure labour law and statutory compliance.
Improve employee engagement and retention.
Maintain HR records and prepare HR reports.
Manage exit interviews and full & final settlement.
Support management in manpower planning and HR decisions.
QUALIFICATION:
MBA/B.E WITH MBA/ANY DEGREE WITH MBA/M.SC HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATION
EXPERIENCE IS ADDED ADVANTAGE

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
