Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance while fostering a positive and productive work culture.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
Oversee performance appraisal systems and employee development plans
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records
Plan and organize employee engagement activities and training programs
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation




Support management with workforce planning and organizational development
Prepare HR reports and metrics for leadership review

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
3+ years of experience in HR management or a similar role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in HR software/tools and MS Office
Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities
Local market/workforce knowledge (Kerala) preferred
