Internship (2–3 Months) | Stipend up to ₹15,000/month

Dotcom Growth is a quick-growing marketing and automation company helping businesses scale through smart strategy, creative execution, and tech-driven systems. We're looking for an HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience across the full HR function in a energetic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Support onboarding and documentation for current hires
Help maintain employee records and HR databases
Coordinate internal communication and employee engagement activities
Assist with drafting HR policies, offer letters, and other documentation
Support day-to-day HR operations and admin tasks

Who We're Looking For:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration,



or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organized with positive attention to detail
Comfortable working with MS Office / Google Workspace
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to multitask in a startup environment
Prior HR internship experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Details:
Duration: 2–3 months
Stipend: Up to ₹15,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Mon–Fri WFO and Sat coordinate for interviews WFH)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Location: In-office, Jaipur
