HR Manager – Generalist

Location: Koramangala, 5th Block, Bangalore

Experience: 10+ years

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations for a growing co-working space.

Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and retention.
Handle HR operations, attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee records.
Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
Manage performance management, employee relations and grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Partner with management on workforce planning and people-related initiatives.
Lead and support the HR team and day-to-day people operations.

Requirements
10+ years of experience in generalist HR,



preferably in co-working, hospitality, facilities, real estate or a service-driven workplace.
Solid knowledge of HR operations, employee relations and labour compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a fast-paced workplace.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
