Guests Relation Executive

Position: Sales & Reservations Executive

Role Summary:

The role involves coordinating with restaurant operations to ensure smooth execution of bookings, maintaining guest relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through effective sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle reservations, party bookings, and event inquiries.
Attend and respond to guest calls, messages, and emails promptly.
Coordinate with operations and service teams for booking execution.
Follow up on inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Maintain booking records and guest databases.
Assist in promoting restaurant offers, events, and special packages.
Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and skilled service.
Resolve guest concerns related to reservations and bookings.

Requirements:
Freshers can also Apply.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Location: Nirman Nagar, Ajmer Road, Jaipur

Salary: 13K to 15K

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
