Rosetum Group of Hotels is looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Manager / Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, support talent acquisition, and drive employee engagement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Experience in the hotel industry is mandatory
Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment activities
Coordinate interviews, selection, onboarding, and joining formalities
Handle employee engagement, relations, and grievance resolution
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Identify training needs and coordinate training & development programmes
Manage day-to-day HR operations, attendance, leave, and related documentation
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staffing requirements
Maintain a positive workplace culture and strong employee relationships

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field
2–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry or corporate HR
Solid knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills
Valuable working knowledge of MS Office/Excel
Ability to multitask, organise, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Passion for hospitality and people management

What We’re Looking For A proactive HR professional who can independently manage HR responsibilities, build solid employee relationships, and contribute to the growth of a energetic hospitality organisation. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
