Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Draft and post job descriptions across various hiring portals and skilled networks like LinkedIn.Coordinate the onboarding process for recent hires and ensure smooth integration into the team.Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and attendance/leave tracking.Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, internal events,
and team-building initiatives.Coordinate with internal team leads to address daily HR operational needs and candidate communication.
Requirements
Pursuit of or recent completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), or a related field.Solid written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.Basic understanding of HR processes, recruitment practices, and office management.High organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office (Excel, Sheets, Docs, Slides).
