Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

Experience: 3–6 years of relevant HR experience preferred.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Prepare manpower plans and coordinate hiring as per business requirements.
Maintain employee master data, personnel files, and HR records.
Monitor attendance, leave, shifts, and employee discipline.
Coordinate monthly payroll processing and verify salary inputs.
Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues professionally.
Implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Conduct employee induction, training, and development programs.
Monitor employee performance and coordinate appraisal processes.




Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower and employee-related issues.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Handle disciplinary actions and maintain proper documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
