Examine patients and obtain detailed medical histories.
Diagnose common acute and chronic medical conditions.
Prescribe appropriate medicines and treatments based on clinical assessment.
Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic investigations.
Provide treatment and follow-up care for patients.
Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and thyroid disorders.
Provide preventive healthcare, health education, and lifestyle counseling.
Identify emergency or responsible medical conditions and arrange timely referral to specialists or hospitals.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
Monitor patients’ response to treatment and modify therapy when required.
Coordinate care with specialists, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Counsel patients regarding medication use, diet, exercise, and preventive measures.
Follow applicable clinical guidelines, medical ethics, and healthcare regulations.
Maintain patient confidentiality and qualified standards.
Participate in clinic quality-improvement and infection-control practices.
