We are looking for a energetic, detail-oriented Interior Designer who excels at balancing creative vision with rigorous technical execution. In this role, you will take projects from the initial drawing board to final on-site handover, managing everything from exact technical drafting and material selection to vendor coordination and budget management.

Key Responsibilities
Client coordination
Understand client requirements and translate them into design solutions.
Present concepts, drawings, material options, and 3D visuals to clients.
Incorporate feedback and manage design revisions.
Working drawings / documentation
Prepare furniture layouts, detailed joinery drawings, sections, and construction details.
Prepare and maintain drawing sets and revision records.
Coordinate drawings with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil,



and other consultants where applicable.
Project coordination & timelines
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to meet project timelines.
Monitor project progress and flag delays or design-related issues.
Handover
Conduct snagging/punch-list inspections.
Ensure rectification of defects before final handover.
Assist with final documentation and client handover.
Software proficiency
AutoCAD – mandatory
SketchUp + V-Ray/Enscape/Lumion – preferred
Revit – an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
