Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising housekeeping and cleanliness operations across banquet halls, event spaces, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and event readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily duties and shifts.
Ensure cleanliness of banquet halls, event spaces, washrooms, corridors, and public areas.
Inspect banquet areas before, during, and after events.
Coordinate with the Banquet Operations team for event setup and cleaning requirements.
Ensure timely cleaning and turnaround of event venues between functions.
Maintain cleanliness of furniture, fixtures, carpets, and décor.
Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
Maintain inventory and raise requirements for housekeeping materials.
Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Handle lost & found items and maintain related records.
Train and guide housekeeping attendants and helpers.
Ensure staff follow grooming, hygiene, safety, and housekeeping SOPs.




Handle urgent cleaning requirements during weddings, conferences, and events.

Skills Required:
Solid knowledge of housekeeping operations
Team supervision and manpower management
Excellent attention to cleanliness and detail
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Valuable coordination and communication skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced event environment
Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards

Qualification & Experience:
HSC / Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management preferred
3–6 years of experience in housekeeping
Experience in banquet halls, hotels, resorts, or event venues preferred

Preferred Experience:
Experience handling large-scale weddings, corporate events, conferences, and social functions
Ability to manage quick venue turnaround and large housekeeping teams

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
