Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising housekeeping staff and ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and other resort facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and allocate daily duties to housekeeping staff.
Inspect guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, lobby and public areas for cleanliness.
Ensure rooms are properly cleaned and ready for guest check-in.
Monitor housekeeping staff attendance, grooming and discipline.
Check cleaning standards and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance and F&B; teams.
Handle guest requests related to housekeeping services.
Report maintenance issues, damages and lost-and-found items to management.
Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, toiletries and cleaning materials.
Maintain proper records of room status, linen and housekeeping inventory.




Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and guest service.
Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Conduct regular inspections of resort public areas.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and housekeeping standards.

Experience: 2–5 years in hotel, resort or hospitality housekeeping operations. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
