Role & responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end execution of commercial interior projects, from planning to handover.
Manage and coordinate multiple departments design, procurement, commercial, and site execution.
Work with production managers (carpentry, paint, finishing) to resolve challenges with tact and authority.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Establish communication channels between departments for seamless project execution.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to design, quality, and timelines.
Drive improvements in logistics, manpower deployment, and manufacturing-to-site coordination.
Engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to align expectations and enforce project goals.




Build and strengthen site teams by monitoring availability and flow of personnel, assigning teams to projects.
Track project metrics, prepare reports, and escalate risks proactively.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing commercial interior fit-out projects.
Robust understanding of interior execution processes, materials, carpentry, and finishes.
Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
