Interior Sales Consultant
Drive sales conversions by following up on leads, conducting site visits and negotiating contracts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Identify, pursue, and convert leads into booked projects, primarily focusing on interior sales conversions.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of potential clients, ensuring a steady flow of leads.
Conduct site visits, meetings, and presentations to showcase our products/services and build relationships with clients.

Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in interior design or client-facing sales roles (residential/commercial projects)

Skills:

Solid communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools.

Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings.

Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.

Client-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
