We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for hospitality roles.

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with HODs and management.

Handle bulk hiring for positions such as Chefs, Stewards, Baristas, Cashiers, Restaurant Staff, and other operational roles.

Coordinate with outlet managers and department heads regarding manpower requirements.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

Ensure smooth candidate follow-up from sourcing to joining.





Manage offer coordination, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.

Requirements

2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the Hospitality, Restaurant, Hotel, or F&B; industry.

Experience in bulk and operational hiring is preferred.

Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of recruitment portals and social media hiring.

Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and close positions within timelines.

Pay: ₹9,455.48 - ₹30,836.01 per month
