Role Description This is a full time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role based in Abu Dhabi.

The Human Resources

Specialist will support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and ongoing personnel administration.

Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, supporting performance management processes, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives. The role will manage employee benefits administration, respond to HR inquiries, and help ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards. The specialist will collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams to provide HR support, contribute to process improvements, and assist in HR reporting and analytics.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills.




Candidates should possess experience in HR Management and implementing HR Policies.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Perks and related administration.
Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Candidates should possess familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR best practices; prior experience in infrastructure or utilities is an advantage.
Candidates should possess proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office, with robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are beneficial.
