Studio Manager / Fitness Studio Manager
Manage daily studio operations, including hygiene, safety, and equipment maintenance.
Drive monthly revenue and membership targets.
Generate customer walk-ins through referrals and local community activities.
Improve trial-to-membership conversion rates.
Focus on member retention and customer satisfaction.
Lead and manage trainers while ensuring adherence to prescribed workout protocols.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, membership freezes, and cancellations.
Maintain brand standards and manage the studio's Google and WhatsApp reputation.
Monitor studio expenses, collections, and payments.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with HR, statutory, health, and safety requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth studio operations.
