Role: HR Intern
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our recruitment team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, HR coordination, and general HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in preparing and posting job advertisements.
Coordinate joining formalities and documentation.
Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment and HR activities.
Maintain proper records and provide regular recruitment updates.
Learn and support basic HR generalist activities as required.
Requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA/BCom, or any HR-related qualification.
Freshers and candidates with no prior HR experience can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Strong interest in Recruitment and Human Resources.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
