Source candidates through Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates as per JD and requirements.
Conduct telephonic screening/interviews.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and HODs.
Maintain and update the Recruitment Tracker.
Follow up with candidates until selection and joining.
Maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
Prepare and post job advertisements on Naukri/social media.
Achieve recruitment targets and TAT for assigned positions.
