We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, roadmap planning, and cross-functional execution for our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, data-driven, and experienced in working with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Define product vision and roadmap.
Gather and prioritize business requirements.
Work closely with Engineering and Design teams.
Conduct customer research and usability testing.
Analyze product metrics and drive improvements.
Lead sprint planning and release coordination.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments.
Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with SaaS products.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or related advanced degree.
Experience with ATS, HRIS, or HR technology products.
Experience with analytics platforms.
