The Sales & Back Office Executive will be responsible for supporting showroom sales operations, handling customer enquiries, maintaining sales documentation, coordinating with customers and internal departments, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of sales-related back-office activities.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in DMS/CRM and other systems.
Prepare and maintain booking forms, customer documents, invoices and delivery-related records.
Verify customer documents such as ID proof, address proof and finance documents.
Coordinate with accounts, finance companies, insurance and registration teams.
Ensure timely updating of vehicle booking, billing and delivery status.
Maintain daily sales reports, enquiry reports and follow-up reports.
Prepare and submit MIS reports as required by the Sales Manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
