Role Description This is a remote, commission-based contract role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at TSSConsult. The SDR will focus on prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to generate interest in TSSConsult’s technology, digital risk management, and cyber security solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target organizations, identifying key decision-makers, presenting TSSConsult’s value proposition,



and scheduling meetings or demos for senior sales or consulting staff. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up on inbound inquiries, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies. Success in this role will be measured by lead generation volume, conversion rates, and contribution to new business opportunities.

Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience creating and managing sales pipelines.
- Proven Sales and Business Development abilities, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Have an existing professional network in one or more target markets or sectors - an advantage, but not mandatory.
