About the Role
We are looking for a B.Tech/B.E. Civil Engineering Fresher with a solid interest in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, documentation, and commercial analysis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with details, reviewing drawings, analyzing project requirements, and preparing accurate cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing cost estimates and commercial proposals for surveying, mapping, GIS, utility detection, and engineering projects.
Review tender documents, RFQs, specifications, and drawings.
Perform quantity take-offs and measurement calculations.
Collect pricing information from vendors and subcontractors.
Prepare costing sheets, bid summaries, and supporting documentation.
Maintain proposal, quotation, and project records.
Coordinate with operations, project, and technical teams for input data.
Support the preparation of project schedules, resource estimates, and project documentation.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of all submitted documents.
Requirements
B.Tech/B.E.



in Civil Engineering (Freshers welcome).
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Good understanding of engineering drawings and measurements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to work systematically and handle multiple tasks.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn commercial and project controls processes.
