? Role Summary

Lead technical support activities including troubleshooting, integrations, Reports and Minor enhancements

? Key Responsibilities

- Handle complex technical issues (L3 support)
- Perform data fixes using SQL/PLSQL
- Debug batch failures and integration issues
- Work on:
- REST APIs integrations
- Log analysis
- BI Publisher reports
- Support minor enhancements (APEX, APIs, reports)

? Required Skills

- Strong in Oracle SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle Apex, API
- Experience with:
- MFCS/RMS data model
- REST APIs / Postman / Swagger
- BI Publisher
