Role includes: Recruitment & onboarding Attendance, leave & payroll coordination Employee grading & discipline control Manpower analysis (identify understaffed / overstaffed departments before hiring) Compliance & documentation (PF / ESI / registers) Admin & renewal tracking Weekly & monthly reporting to management Build structure from scratch and reduce chaos We need someone who can create order, control manpower, and support management with data-based decisions.
