HR Recruiter – Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Prepare and release job postings as per business requirements.
Negotiate offers and support the joining process.
Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Candidate Preference
Graduate in any discipline; HR or a related specialization will be preferred.
2–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Solid communication skills, especially in English.
Valuable understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
