Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions
Source candidates through job portals, recruitment databases, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and school requirements
Coordinate interviews with candidates and school management
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified teachers
Conduct candidate follow-ups throughout the hiring process




Coordinate offer, documentation, and joining formalities
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
Ensure vacancies are closed within the required timelines

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Education-sector recruitment experience is mandatory
Experience recruiting teachers for schools is strongly preferred
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
Experience using job portals and recruitment databases
Hindi and Marathi proficiency required
Valuable English communication skills
Robust coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

Not Preferred
Candidates with only HR Operations experience
Candidates primarily from Sales / Business Development
Candidates without recruitment experience

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
