Roles and Responsibilities :

We are looking for a Hybrid Cloud Automation Engineer to build and manage automation solutions across Azure, AWS and On-Premises settings. The role will also focus on Dynatrace monitoring automations and ITSM ticket assignment automation to improve observability, incident response, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities - Automate provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of hybrid cloud infrastructure.
Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or CloudFormation.
Develop scripts and workflows to automate operational tasks and remediation.
Implement Dynatrace automations using APIs, alerts, dashboards, and event integrations.
Enable auto-remediation and alert enrichment through Dynatrace integrations.
Automate incident and ticket assignment workflows integrated with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.




Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, SRE, and Operations teams.
Create and maintain automation documentation and runbooks.
Design self-remediation solution using Dynatrace - Implement best practices for using GEN AI tools like Davis Co-Pilot, Workflows, Agentic AI of Dynatrace Required Skills &

Qualifications - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS - Experience supporting On-Prem infrastructure (VMware, Hyper-V, physical servers).
Solid automation experience using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting.
Hands-on experience with Dynatrace (SaaS or Managed) and Dynatrace APIs.
Experience with ITSM integrations and ticket assignment automation.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Git.
