Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, and other channels.
Handle hiring across industries, geographies, and organizational hierarchies.
Build strong candidate pipelines and understand client requirements.
Participate in job fairs, college placement drives, recruitment drives, workshops, and career guidance initiatives.
Develop robust skills in Talent Acquisition and Stakeholder Management.
