Underbody
Upper body
Closures
Reinforcements
Structural parts
Create 3D models, assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings using Siemens NX (UG NX).
Perform packaging studies, tolerance stack-up analysis, and feasibility checks.
Ensure compliance with customer standards, safety regulations, and design guidelines.
Support design reviews and engineering change management activities.
Develop BOMs and maintain engineering documentation.
Work on cost optimization, weight reduction, and manufacturability improvements.
Participate in prototype development and issue resolution.
