Position: Chef de Partie (CDP) Section: Tandoor & Indian Cuisine

Job Responsibilities: Prepare and cook Indian and Tandoor dishes as per standard recipes. Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and portion sizes. Handle daily food preparation and cooking for the assigned section. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. Ensure proper storage and handling of food items. Coordinate with other kitchen team members for smooth operations. Follow instructions from the Sous Chef and Head Chef. Minimize food wastage and maintain proper stock usage.

Requirements: Previous experience as a CDP in Indian/Tandoor cuisine. Valuable knowledge of Indian and Tandoor cooking. Valuable understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety. Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced kitchen. Team player with a positive attitude. Punctual, hardworking, and responsible.

Salary: 30000 to 40000

Location: Jammu

Experience: 7 Years

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
