Install and commission solar PV systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Perform installation of solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, DC/AC cables, earthing, and electrical equipment.
Read and understand electrical drawings, layouts, and solar system designs.
Ensure proper alignment, wiring, termination, and connection of solar modules.
Conduct testing and commissioning of solar plants after installation.
Identify and resolve installation-related technical issues.
Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and company guidelines.
Coordinate with the Project Engineer, Site Supervisor, and other installation teams.
Maintain installation reports, checklists, and daily site progress reports.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Supervise technicians/helpers and ensure timely completion of projects.
Travel to customer/project sites as required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
