We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented HR Generalist Associate with at least 1 year of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
Coordinate recruitment activities, including screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
Support employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave, and employee information.
Assist with payroll inputs and monthly HR reports.
Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Ensure HR policies and processes are followed effectively.
Assist in performance management and employee appraisal processes.
Coordinate with different departments to address employee-related requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS as required.

Requirements
UG/PG in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.




1+ year of experience in HR operations/generalist activities.
Good knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, and HR processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
HRMS/HRIS experience.
Basic knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance.
Experience in recruitment and employee engagement.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
