Key Responsibilities
Teach IB Physics concepts in accordance with the current IB Diploma Programme curriculum.
Conduct engaging and structured classes for Grade 11 and Grade 12 students.
Explain complex physics concepts using practical examples, demonstrations, simulations, and problem-solving techniques.
Prepare students for
IB Physics examinations, internal assessments (IA), and other assessments
.
Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, quizzes, and practice tests.
Provide regular feedback on student performance and identify areas requiring improvement.
Help students develop solid mathematical, analytical, and scientific reasoning skills.
Guide students in applying physics concepts to unfamiliar and real-world problems.
Track student progress and communicate relevant feedback to parents/academic coordinators when required.
Stay updated with IB curriculum changes, assessment requirements, and examination patterns.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Physics, Engineering, or a related field
.
Robust knowledge of the
IB DP Physics curriculum
.
Previous teaching/tutoring experience with
IB Physics Grade 11–12
students preferred.
Solid conceptual and numerical understanding of Physics.
