Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, and peripheral-related issues.
Manage hardware inventory, asset records, and allocation of IT equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and regular health checks of IT systems.
Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, software, and security updates.
Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic network connectivity issues.
Manage user accounts, system access, and basic IT security requirements.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, AMC, warranty claims, and procurement.
Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, repairs, replacements, and service records.
Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT tickets within defined timelines.
Ensure data backup and basic cybersecurity practices are followed.
Assist in setting up computers, networking, printers, and other IT equipment for current employees and offices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
