Daily RG transfers from various sections
Unit PMPD, OTIF and Plant OEE - Analysis & Improvement
Safety
Quality
Daily production monitoring report and cost variance analysis.
Implementation of 5S, TPM, Lean Management & Kaizen in the plant.
Responsible for maintain EBTDA for the plant.
Procurement of recent equipment
Low cost automation & Cost Saving Initiatives
Manpower optimization.
