We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Field Engineer to support our on-site IT operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, networking, and system setup, and will be responsible for delivering reliable technical support at defence PSU client locations.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot hardware and networking issues
Perform crimping, punching, and cable management tasks
Install operating systems and configure Wi-Fi routers
Set up and configure email clients, including Outlook
Install and maintain hardware such as printers, CCTV systems, and network devices
Provide field support for IT infrastructure and client service calls
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT industry
Working knowledge of hardware, networking, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and printer installation
Familiarity with email and Outlook configuration
Valuable communication skills and ability to manage tasks independently
Need to stay within 1 Hour 15 mins of travel time from Mejor Office @ BBD Bagh
Willingness to travel for field assignments to Mumbai, Goa etc on company expense
